Four More Classics Join Switch Online's Game Boy Library

Survival Kids Resurfaces on Switch Online.

Nintendo has bolstered its Switch Online service once again, adding four new titles to the Game Boy and Game Boy Color catalogue for subscribers on the base 'Nintendo Classics' tier. The new additions, available from today (23rd May), offer a diverse range of genres, from side-scrolling shooters to RPGs and puzzle games.

Konami fans can now dive into the classic shmup action of Gradius: The Interstellar Assault, originally released between 1991 and 1992, depending on the region.

Also from Konami is Survival Kids (1999), an intriguing precursor to the Lost in Blue series and the upcoming Switch 2 Survival Kids remake. This timely addition allows players to experience the original adventure that inspired the upcoming revival.

Finally, Kirby fans can enjoy some puzzle-solving fun with Kirby's Star Stacker (1997). This charming title complements the Super Famicom version already available on the service. The new games are available to all base tier Nintendo Switch Online subscribers, joining a growing library of classic titles.

This update follows last week's addition of Killer Instinct Gold to the Switch Online + Expansion Pack service, showcasing Nintendo's continued commitment to expanding its retro offerings.

The addition of these four games to the Switch Online service provides a welcome opportunity for both seasoned veterans and newcomers to experience a slice of gaming history. The diverse selection caters to a variety of tastes, further solidifying the value of the Nintendo Switch Online subscription.
