Analogue Pocket Adapters Restock on June 12

Analogue has announced a restock of its Pocket adapters, with availability starting on June 12. For readers in the UK and beyond, it means more ways to use the Analogue Pocket with classic handheld systems, including the Neo Geo Pocket Color and TurboGrafx-16.

The Game Gear adapter is listed at $24.99 and is available on its own. Analogue says it is already back in stock, giving players another route to run Sega’s handheld library on the Pocket’s modern display.

For other systems, Analogue is offering a three-adapter bundle for $99.00. That set includes support for the Neo Geo Pocket Color, TurboGrafx-16, and Atari Lynx. According to the announcement, those three adapters are only available as part of the bundle, not as separate listings.

The TurboGrafx-16 support also covers the portable side of that family, including the PC Engine GT, known as TurboExpress in the West. The Neo Geo Pocket Color remains a favourite among handheld fans for its clicky stick and compact library, so this restock will be welcome news for anyone keeping those carts in play.

Analogue says all adapters are expected to ship within 48 hours of ordering. If you follow retro hardware news, you can keep an eye on our news tag for more updates, and check Analogue’s news page for the company’s own announcements.
